- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Add the Greek yogurt to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix in the whey protein powder until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour in the dill pickle brine and stir thoroughly.
- Dice the dill pickles into small even pieces.
- Add the diced pickles to the mixture.
- Mince the garlic cloves and stir them into the dip.
- Fold in the fresh chopped dill.
- Add salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Mix everything together until evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer the protein dill pickle dip to a serving bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
