This Ninja Creami mango sorbet recipe creates a refreshing, creamy frozen treat that tastes like tropical paradise in every spoonful. Made with fresh mango, citrus brightness, and simple dairy-free ingredients, it delivers smooth restaurant-quality sorbet right at home.

  • Total Time: 24 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh mango puree or mango juice
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the fresh mango puree, orange juice, corn syrup or honey, lime juice, water, and optional granulated sugar in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend for 45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness with additional sugar, if needed.
  4. Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into the Ninja Creami pint container, pressing gently to remove any pulp.
  5. Secure the lid on the Ninja Creami container.
  6. Freeze the mixture for a minimum of 24 hours, or until completely solid.
  7. Remove the frozen container from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Place the container into the Ninja Creami machine and secure it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  9. Select the Sorbet setting and allow the machine to process the frozen mixture until smooth and creamy.
  10. Remove the container from the machine and serve the mango sorbet immediately.

Notes

Use ripe, fragrant mangoes for the best tropical flavor. Do not skip the corn syrup or honey, as it helps prevent excessive ice crystals and creates a smoother sorbet texture. For best results, freeze the base for a full 24 hours before processing.
