- 2 tablespoons grass-fed horse gelatin, hydrolyzed
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or monk fruit sweetener
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon organic ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon MCT oil, optional
Instructions
- Measure two tablespoons of grass-fed hydrolyzed horse gelatin and place it in a high-powered blender.
- Pour one cup of unsweetened coconut water into the blender.
- Add two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.
- Add one tablespoon of raw honey or monk fruit sweetener.
- Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds to hydrate and disperse the gelatin.
- Add the ginger powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed for 45 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add MCT oil if using and blend briefly until fully incorporated.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
- Consume first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or within 30 minutes after a workout.
Notes
Use only hydrolyzed horse gelatin for the best absorption and smooth texture. Coconut water should be at room temperature, and the drink should be consumed immediately after blending for maximum potency.
