1 cup fresh strawberries
1 ripe banana
1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (non-dairy if preferred)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp granola (optional)
1 fresh strawberry for garnish
Instructions
Add strawberries, banana, protein powder, yogurt, and almond milk to a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes
Pour into a glass, top with granola and a strawberry garnish
Serve immediately
