Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces Filtered Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Ashwagandha Powder
- 200 milligrams Magnesium Glycinate
- 1/2 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
- 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 slice Fresh Lemon Slice (optional)
Instructions
- Pour eight ounces of filtered water into a large glass or mixing vessel, selecting room temperature or slightly warm water.
- Add one-half teaspoon of ashwagandha powder to the glass, stirring gently with a spoon or small whisk to break up any clumps.
- Sprinkle two hundred milligrams of magnesium glycinate powder into the glass, continuing to stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Squeeze one-half tablespoon of fresh lemon juice into your mixture, stirring well to incorporate the citrus flavor and vitamin C.
- Add one teaspoon of raw honey, stirring continuously until the honey dissolves completely and distributes evenly.
- Sprinkle one-eighth teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt into the mixture, stirring to ensure the salt crystals dissolve.
- Stir your mixture vigorously for twenty to thirty seconds to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated and homogeneous.
- Garnish your mixture with a fresh lemon slice for visual appeal and drink immediately for optimal freshness.
Notes
Always use warm water (not hot) to improve ingredient dissolution while preserving the heat-sensitive nutrients in ashwagandha and honey. Stir for at least twenty to thirty seconds to prevent a gritty texture and ensure complete nutrient absorption. Prepare within two hours before consumption to maximize freshness.
