Instructions
- Measure one-quarter teaspoon of pure food-grade baking soda into a clean shot glass or small cup.
- Pour four to six ounces of filtered water into the glass.
- Stir vigorously for about thirty seconds until the baking soda completely dissolves.
- Add fresh lemon juice if desired for flavor.
- Stir in honey if you prefer subtle sweetness.
- Mix until the drink reaches a uniform consistency.
- Consume immediately after preparation for maximum fizz and alkaline benefits.
- Drink the shot in one or two quick gulps.
- Follow with a glass of plain water if desired.
- Wait at least thirty minutes before eating for optimal results.
