Instructions
- Pour your chosen sugar-free beverage into a medium saucepan without applying heat.
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatin powder evenly across the surface of the cold liquid.
- Let the gelatin sit undisturbed for 3 to 5 minutes to bloom properly.
- Add the natural sweetener to the mixture.
- Whisk gently but thoroughly, breaking apart any gelatin clumps.
- Place the saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Stir constantly for 5 to 7 minutes until the gelatin dissolves completely.
- Do not allow the mixture to reach a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat once the liquid appears clear and smooth.
- Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Pour the mixture evenly into 4 serving containers.
- Transfer containers to the refrigerator immediately.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
- Serve chilled directly from the containers.
